Welcome to TalentBerry! By accessing and using our AI-based interview platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Privacy and Data Protection:
- Your personal data collected during the interview process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We will only use your personal data for the purpose of conducting and evaluating the interview. Your data will not be shared with any third party, except for the company that is conducting the interview.
- Your interview data will be stored securely and will be retained for a period of 30 days after the interview. After this period, all recorded data will be permanently deleted.
- Your data will be saved on servers in the country you are being interviewed.
Consent:
- By participating in the interview, you consent to the recording and processing of your interview data, including audio, video, and other relevant information, for the purpose of evaluation by the company conducting the interview.

- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit permission from TalentBerry.
Limitation of Liability:
- TalentBerry will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during the interview process, including but not limited to technical issues, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the AI-based interview platform.
- TalentBerry will not be responsible for any decision made by the company conducting the interview based on the evaluation of your interview data.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of High Court, Bengaluru, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of High Court, Bengaluru, India.
